If you are a WWII history buff, visiting Tinian is probably a “must do”. The Enola Gay and Bockscar B-29s took off from the North Field here. There are frequent small Cessna flights between Saipan and Tinian. The car rental agencies will provide you with a tourist map and you can explore. I can probably find beta on Tinian’s highpoint as well.
