This is a ~2 week trip with one week spent climbing Agrihan. The rough itinerary/plan is:
| June 8 | Fly from US to Saipan (SPN) |
| June 9 | <lose a day crossing the international date line> |
| June 10 + | Arrive in Saipan Sight-seeing and shopping (team gear, food, …) |
| June 11 + | Sign paperwork at NIMO office Final shopping and loading boat with gear/supplies <emergency day for those with flight delays> |
| June 12 | Depart dock around 8am for 20-24 hour journey to Agrihan |
| June 13 | Arrive at Agrihan around 8am and unload boat The cutters and part of the team will clear trail through forest and start into the sword grass. Part of the team will establish beach camp and haul water to tree line. Everyone will return to beach at night. |
| June 14 | Cutters will continue trail through sword grass to Camp 2 (2018) Team members will haul gear/water/supplies to Camp 2 |
| June 15 | Cutters will continue trail through sword grass to Camp 3 (2018) Team members will haul gear/water/supplies to Camp 3 |
| June 16 | Cutters will continue trail through sword grass to High Camp (2018) Team members will haul gear/water/supplies to High Camp |
| June 17 | Part of team will secure crater rim traverse All team members will depart beach camp and stay at High Camp |
| June 18 | Summit Day! Return to beach clearing the mountain of gear/trash |
| June 19 | “Just in case” day – weather, trail issues, … Relax at beach, hang-out with locals, have a picnic |
| June 20 | Depart Agrihan on way to Saipan. Briefly stop at Pagan to see sights. |
| June 21 | Arrive Saipan in the afternoon |
| June 22 | Fly back to US – here we gain the day back. |
+ The critical part is you arrive in Saipan by June 10th. In 2018 about 1/3 of the team had flight delays. If you miss the boat on June 12th you still have to pay your share of the team costs.
